The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Martech & Analytics Lead
to establish and grow Inlight's MarTech & Analytics practice within our Strategy & Consulting team. This is a unique opportunity to build out a new capability area while delivering strategic and hands-on solutions that help clients leverage data, marketing technology and analytics to drive meaningful business outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Strategy & Consulting, as well as our design and engineering teams, to define strategy, shape solutions and deliver projects that bridge the gap between marketing, data and technology. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic consulting skills with technical know-how, and is excited by the challenge of shaping a new discipline within a growing, innovative agency.

Responsibilities
✓ Lead MarTech and analytics engagements including audits, strategy, vendor selection and roadmap development.

✓ Design and implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation strategies (particularly Braze).

✓ Develop data and analytics frameworks, dashboards and KPI measurement plans.

✓ Partner with clients to deliver measurable outcomes and drive digital transformation.

✓ Collaborate with strategy, design and engineering teams to deliver composable, best-of-breed solutions.

✓ Define service offerings, develop playbooks, and contribute to thought leadership.

✓ Build relationships with technology vendors (Braze, Segment, Mixpanel, etc.) and identify opportunities to grow the practice.

What We're Looking For
✓ 5–8 years' experience in MarTech, digital marketing or analytics roles, ideally within a digital agency or consulting environment

✓ Proven hands-on expertise with marketing automation (Braze or similar), Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium, mParticle) and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Contentsquare, Amplitude).

✓ Strong understanding of data strategy, architecture and measurement frameworks.

✓ Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value.

✓ Strategic, self-motivated and comfortable operating in an emerging practice area.

✓ A collaborative and curious mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
