
Risk Lead

Box Hill Institute is seeking a dynamic Risk Lead to champion our risk management strategy and elevate our organisational capability. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our people, assets, and reputation are safeguarded - while enabling confident, agile decision-making across the Institute.
About the role:
As a senior member of the Quality, Compliance and Risk team, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk frameworks, and build risk capability across the organisation
- Champion business continuity planning and testing across critical functions
- Manage our risk management system and drive continuous improvement
- Develop risk reporting tools and indicators for executive and board decision making
- Manage our insurance portfolio and oversee the claims process
About you:

- Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Assurance, Accounting, Law, or related discipline
- Proven expertise in enterprise risk, project management, and quality assurance, with a proven track record in implementing initiatives and driving change
- High-level analytical and conceptual skills
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and influencing abilities
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Have, or be willing to obtain, Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance
