An established insurance brokerage with strong industry ties is seeking an SME Account Executive to join their close-knit team. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive and efficient management of a commercial portfolio valued at approximately $400K in renewals.
  • Handle incoming new business leads generated through established referral networks, marketing activity, and industry partnerships.
  • Lodge claims, including initial client contact and information gathering, in collaboration with the internal claims team.
  • Work collaboratively with a centralised servicing hub to delegate processing and administrative tasks.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and foster long-term relationships.
