About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our expanding data operations team as
Data Processors
.

This is a part-time hybrid role designed for individuals looking to develop strong practical skills in HR data, analytics, and digital process management while maintaining work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, initiative, and accountability in maintaining and processing accurate business information. Full training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, update, and validate data within internal systems and client databases
• Identify inconsistencies or missing information and take corrective action
• Generate organised reports and assist in preparing summaries for management
• Maintain accurate data documentation and follow established procedures
• Support the implementation of new data tools and automation processes
• Communicate effectively with HR, operations, and analytics teams to ensure data quality

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar data systems
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptable attitude and willingness to learn new systems and methods
