Web & Digital Production is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Executive Services Officer.

In the role of Executive Services Officer, you will have excellent organisational skills and provide high-level administrative
support services to the Director. You will take lead on supporting day-to-day functions of the team, maintain and promote effective working relationships with officers at all levels and be a clear, confident communicator.

Why this Role?

As the Executive Services Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Manage diary appointments and daily schedule.
  • Prepare and edit briefing notes, correspondence, memorandum, agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with the monitoring of business unit expenses including reconciliation of corporate card statements, processing purchase orders and facilitating the payment of invoices.
  • Provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Identify, prioritise and determine urgency of critical and sensitive issues.
