Why this Role?
The role involves managing the Executive Director's inbox and diary management, coordinating and prioritising tasks to support the efficient operations of the Office of the Executive Director - Infrastructure Delivery. The position requires independent judgement, initiative, and the ability to provide professional, efficient, and confidential administrative support for the Executive Director, Office of the Executive Director and the wider Infrastructure Delivery team.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organised energetic, passionate and experienced administrative professional with exceptional communication skills.
The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes:
- High-level organisational and time management skills; research and analytical capability; strong attention to detail; and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and issues in a time-sensitive manner.
- Confidence in building and maintaining positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgement, and maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Excel, OneNote, and Outlook, with demonstrated experience in correspondence tracking and electronic diary and calendar management systems.
- A proactive and accountable team player who is willing to learn, contribute to business/process improvement, and work both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes.
