Bookkeeper – Work From Home (Flexible Hours)

About Us

We own a group of growing businesses in the health and allied health sector, including physiotherapy, podiatry, and mobility services. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our operations across multiple businesses. This is a flexible, part-time role — perfect for someone who wants to work from home with a few hours each day.

The Role

You'll play an important role in keeping our finances running smoothly by managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, reporting, and general admin duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and reconciling invoices
  • Preparing ABA files for supplier and payroll payments
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Preparing and reviewing budgets, cash flow reports, and P&L statements
  • Monitoring and managing accounts receivable/payable
  • Managing BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
  • General admin duties, including managing emails across multiple businesses
  • Supporting the leadership team with financial insights

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in bookkeeping (qualifications desirable but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of BAS/IAS, budgets, P&L, and cashflow management
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
