Based at our new Silverwater warehouse, the Coordinator role will be an integral contributor our team and the fast-growing data centre, data, and communications industry. This full-time position is ideal for someone who's hands-on, reliable, and ready to be a key player in a busy, progressive team.

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide transport for equipment and materials across the Sydney metro area, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
  • Assist with the efficient handling of deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organising stock.
  • Support the team with general office coordination and administrative functions.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly while following safety procedures.
  • Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment, following reporting procedures and guidelines.
  • Work with the operations team to provide support for deliveries and warehouse tasks.
  • Adhere to all WHS regulations, including safe lifting techniques and handling procedures.

What you'll bring:

  • Hold a current drivers licence and be experienced driving a ute and towing a box trailer.
  • Possess a current White Card, valid for NSW.
  • Hold a current forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.
  • Have proven experience in warehouse operations, stock handling and making deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bring a good understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines, including safe lifting and manual handling techniques.
  • Be proficient with using the MS 365 (Office) suite.
  • Have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Be a strong communicator, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Have a proactive, with a can-do attitude.
