Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: Immediate Start (Preferred)

Pay Range: $30-$32 per hour + super (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our small Sydney-based team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our warehouse — from receiving and organising inventory, to packing and dispatching orders, and maintaining a clean, efficient space.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, as you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a humble, hands-on individual who can communicate effectively, work closely with both internal and external teams, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Help with quality control checks before dispatch
• Receive, check, and store incoming stock
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy
• Handle customer returns, including inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items where appropriate
• Work independently and unsupervised when required, while maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Coordinate directly with the team on stock movements, dispatch priorities, and customer orders

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Current Forklift license (RR)
• Physically fit and capable of safely moving stock / lifting large furniture items [25kg]
• Reliable, punctual, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset, always willing to step in and help where needed.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
