You will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from corporate conferences and workshops to private functions, ensuring every guest enjoys seamless, memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage conferences, meetings, and special events from concept to completion.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
  • Oversee event logistics including catering, AV setup, accommodation coordination, and on-site staffing.
  • Manage event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Lead, train, and schedule event staff to deliver high-quality service standards.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts where required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management protocols.
  • Evaluate events post-execution and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
