Full Time Carpenter Position

Outlook UPVC Australia is a family owned and dedicated to improving the way Australians build and renovate their properties.

We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am until 4:00pm plus overtime as required.

The role will involve:

  • Knowledge in Glass Replacement or willing to learn
  • Encompassing the precise installation, repair, and adjustment of German UPVC windows and door systems.
  • Working to schedules/deadlines with limited supervision
  • Producing quality products in line with our standards and values
  • Adhere to PPE requirements and workplace safety standards
  • Customization of finishes with materials such as timber, PVC, and architraves
  • Work independently, demonstrating strong self-motivation and problem-solving abilities
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills when liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide leadership to a small team, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.

CRITERIA

  • Trade certificate preferred but not required
  • 2 years experience preferred but not required
  • White Card Safety induction
  • Drivers License/International License
  • Silica Certification
  • Need to have a will to learn and a can do attitude
