About Us

Mark Sheppard Bathrooms and Renovations (MSBR) is one of Canberra's leading renovation companies. With continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.

We're not your average renovator, we specialise in intricate, custom-designed spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, and decks. Your skills as a Carpenter will be central to bringing these projects to life. Previous renovation experience is an advantage, but not essential.

About You

  • Trade qualified Carpenter
  • Experience in the residential building sector
  • Strong attention to detail – we pride ourselves on getting the details right
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation with both clients and colleagues
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team

The Role

  • Monday to Friday (with overtime available if required)
  • Competitive hourly rate plus generous allowances
  • Full-time, ongoing employment
  • On-the-job training and dedicated staff training days
