About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our Head to Health – Psychology services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee program operations, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based psychological care is provided to individuals seeking support.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, coordination, and implementation of Head to Health psychological services.
  • Supporting clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including health professionals, community organizations, and funding bodies.
  • Managing budgets, reporting, and performance outcomes to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Driving a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program.

About You

You are a strategic and people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about improving mental health outcomes. You bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related discipline (AHPRA registration desirable).
  • Proven experience managing mental health or psychosocial support programs (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of stepped care models and contemporary psychological practice.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform program development and decision-making.
