You will make an impact by

• Supporting families during the critical early years of a child's life.
• Delivering the Universal MCH program with compassion and clinical excellence.
• Empowering parents and carers with knowledge, guidance, and reassurance.
• Identifying and responding to the unique needs of each child and family.
• Advocating for the health, wellbeing, and rights of children in our community.

What You Will Bring

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse and Midwife.
• Accredited qualifications in Maternal and Child Health Nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and health promotion skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing community needs.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Commitment to working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to assess risk and respond appropriately, including mandatory reporting.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
