About The Opportunity
Are you ready to play a key role in delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across Cardinia Shire? This is a rare opportunity to join a small, close-knit and supportive team where your skills in systems, process improvement and project coordination will directly contribute to shaping our community. You'll be at the heart of project delivery, supporting a dynamic team of engineers and specialists across procurement, finance, OHS and contract management.

You will make an impact by

• Coordinating financial tracking and reporting for major roads projects
• Supporting project delivery through effective administration and scheduling
• Managing contractor documentation including OHS, quality assurance and financial records
• Assisting with procurement processes including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Driving continuous improvement in systems and procedures

What You Will Bring

• Strong experience in administrative support within project or engineering environments
• Proven ability to work with systems such as TechOne and Microsoft Office
• A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in financial tracking and procurement processes
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Council experience or understanding of local government operations (desirable)
