About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers—engaging with them about solar & battery solutions and booking free assessments with our energy specialists. No experience is required – just bring a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and confidence to connect with people.

We'll provide full training, mentorship, and all the tools you need to succeed. You'll learn how to communicate effectively, grow your confidence, and take the first step toward a long-term career in sales or renewable energy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speaking with homeowners about their energy needs and booking solar/battery consultations
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and building relationships
  • Working collaboratively with a motivated and supportive team
  • Learning industry-leading sales techniques and product knowledge

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic
  • Interest in sustainability and renewable energy
  • Availability Monday–Friday (some flexibility for events or weekend work)
