Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:

• Coordinating and participating in stakeholder and community engagement activities, including attendance at a broad range of community outreach events, preparing and reviewing meeting invitations, agendas, minutes, and meeting papers.
• Creating and delivering high-quality communication materials and providing advice to support the delivery of major road projects.
• Responding to stakeholder enquiries, working with the project team to follow up on actions and provide valuable project information.
• Assisting senior members of the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team to develop and implement communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Preparing and reviewing a range of internal briefing documents and external presentation materials, working with team members across the various project discipline streams to ensure information is consistent and accurate.
• Contributing to regular reporting requirements for communication and stakeholder activities.

The position requires the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As part of the North Package M80 upgrade, this role also involves liaising with external stakeholders and the community, representing the interests of Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV).

The role primarily supports the delivery of a complex project in Melbourne's north-east suburbs; however, it may at times be required to support other projects within the North East Link in other locations around Melbourne.
