The Team:
The Central Administration Hub is a state-wide service that remotely supports patients in an Outpatient setting.

We work in a fast-paced, purpose driven team focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering results for patients and staff across Tasmania. Join a team where your skills directly shape better care and stronger services for the community.

The Role:
Oversee, coordinate, and supervise the daily delivery of administrative functions within the Central Administration Hub, including performance monitoring, training, coaching, and escalation support for staff.

This includes the seamless provision of all administrative services to support the Hub's defined outputs, as well as the delivery of targeted services supported by the Central Administration Hub team, specifically and related services within the Home & Community portfolio

You will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a health service environment, with broad experience in contemporary workplace management practices, including the use of information and patient management software. A demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer service, data entry, referral, and revenue processes, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, consultation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills including the ability to supervise, lead and motivate members of a team and have the capacity to plan, organise, and set priorities and work effectively in an environment subject to work pressures and change.
  • Knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement; with the ability to initiate activities and motivate staff

Details of appointment:
Multiple Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

Salary:
$81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
