We're looking for a project leader who can inspire and uplift projects from beginning to end, delivering outcomes that make a real difference.

  • Inspire and uplift projects and programs, nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
  • Balance people and performance, bringing strategic thinking to budgets, timelines, and team wellbeing.
  • Connect with purpose, working closely with clients, councils, government bodies, and stakeholders to build trust and deliver on commitments.
  • Lead with empathy, supporting, mentoring, and guiding multidisciplinary teams so they feel valued and empowered to do their best work.
  • Drive project delivery with insight and integrity, overseeing business plans and reporting with transparency and accountability.
  • Prioritise safety and sustainability, upholding standards while fostering a culture of care and respect.
  • Champion collaboration, setting clear KPIs and encouraging open, inclusive communication across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in Electrical Trades (Lineworker or Electrician), with real-world experience working safely and effectively on site.
  • Formal Project Management training (Certificate or Diploma) with practical experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • A thoughtful, inclusive approach to risk, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relationships.
  • Solid technical knowledge of engineering or construction, grounded in best practice and ethical leadership.
  • A natural mentor who shares knowledge generously and helps others grow.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft suite of applications and confident navigating the commercial and contractual landscape.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and an understanding of key legislative frameworks impacting utility work.
