**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Delivery Team Leader to join our team on a full-time permanent basis based at our Cambridge depot in Tasmania.

The primary focus of the team leader is to be able to successfully lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Plan and oversee field based activities; relating to time, cost, quality and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations 24/7
- Manage materials using purchasing system and subcontract services required to complete the work schedule
- Completion of all reports and job control worksheets
- Lead and manage the team to ensure organisational goals are achieved
- Following safe working practices, OHS&E principles and Australian standards

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working within a leadership role and have sound knowledge within the electricity supply industry in a construction or maintenance environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers, staff and senior management at all levels, in a professional manner
- Financial acumen and cost accountability
- Project Management experience _highly desirable_
- Experience as a qualified electrician &/experience with substation works _highly regarded but not essential_
- Computer skills to use SAP, Word, Excel and planning packages.
