Shape the Future of People Strategy
As Senior Human Resources Business Manager, you will be a strategic thinker behind transformative HR initiatives, partnering closely with the Chief Operations Office (COO) and Strategic Transformation Office (STO). Embedded within the Human Resource Advisory & People Solutions team, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change and align people strategies with global and local business priorities.
Key Accountabilities- Strategic Partnership & Influence
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives. Provide expert counsel across leadership development, workforce planning, organisational culture, and change management. - Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and guide the HR Advisory team, acting as deputy to the General Manager, Human Resources Australia, and fostering a high-performance, future-ready HR function. - Human Resource Strategy & Execution
Design and deliver forward-looking HR plans. Lead enterprise projects and leverage workforce analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement. - Employee Relations & Risk Management
Advise on complex workforce matters, and organisational change. Collaborate with Workplace Relations to resolve sensitive issues. - Change Leadership
Champion structural and cultural transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment with policy, timely execution, and effective communication across stakeholder groups. - Talent & Succession Planning
Identify and nurture key talent. Build robust succession pipelines and support mobility strategies where necessary.
- 15+ years' experience in strategic HR business partnering within complex, mid-to-large organisations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and influencing capabilities.
- Commercial acumen, collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-impact outcomes.
- Confidence in navigating complex conversations and applying data to guide decisions.
