The Opportunity

This role provides admin support in three key areas: Warehouse Administration; Office Administration; & Safety, Quality & Environment. The core of this role is about customer service & team support. You'll be taking quotes & liaising with our customers and vendors daily, managing incoming/outgoing goods, organising stock & packing/shipping etc, all of which impacts the quality of our customer experience. You'll also perform the additional safety roles of Fire Warden & First Aid Officer.

Who would ace this role?

Previous admin experience will certainly help; however, we are interested in your attitude, behaviour & appetite for learning. You must be a keen team player with solid communication skills. You must be proactive & organised with solid attention to detail, capable of jumping in to help where needed & readjusting your day's plans to accommodate the unexpected.

  • Previous experience customer service, sales processing or warehouse/logistics support
  • Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team.
  • Systems/tech savvy; this role involves working in MS Office app's, iAuditor, Zoho (sales) & ERP systems (NetSuite) (training provided if needed)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised & able to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to WHS practices with special attention to safe manual handling.
  • Forklift License, First Aid & Fire Warden Certifications (alternatively we will provide training upon commencement).
  • A current drivers' license & willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical is required to perform this role.
