What You'll Do
As a Senior Visualisation Artist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering visually spectacular and technically precise solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting high-end 3D models, animations, and real-time visualisations, including 4D animations, motion graphics, photomontages, and multimedia outputs.
  • Managing and organizing visualisation libraries, scene files, and datasets to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Developing and refining visualisation and gamification processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate BIM, CAD, and GIS data into cutting-edge visualisations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing our Unreal Engine 3D visualisation models, leveraging architectural and engineering designs.
  • Supporting project teams in delivering client-led visualisations and contributing to the continuous improvement of our visualisation environments.

Who You Are
You're a creative and technical powerhouse with a passion for transforming complex designs into captivating visualisations. You bring:

  • Proven experience with 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, SketchUp, and V-Ray (a portfolio showcasing your work is a big plus).
  • A strong understanding of engineering and detail drawings in an infrastructure context.
  • Expertise in creating 3D models from PDF drawings or Revit models and producing animation sequences in Unreal Engine or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated skills in real-time 3D model creation, realistic material application, mapping, lighting, and camera animation setup (experience with rendering materials is highly valued).
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bonus points for experience with Primavera P6 or general infrastructure projects.
  • Able to meet the criteria to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance.
  • Able to travel interstate on a regular basis with a hybrid work life balance
