More about the role:

Due to our exciting expansion into care for all cancer, we are growing as an organisation. We're looking for a Head of Individual Giving to develop our overarching Individual Giving strategy and to drive revenue growth across Regular Giving and Single Giving.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Strengthening the engagement and retention supporters have with the Foundation and increasing the understanding of their impact
  • Developing annual Individual Giving strategies in line with the Foundation's plans
  • Implementing the appropriate measurements to enable clear, actionable learnings
  • Leading, inspiring and developing the Individual Giving team to deliver annual revenue goals and achieve our Next Mission

What you bring to the role:

Our ideal candidate has at least ten years experience leading an Individual Giving team or other relevant roles, with supporting tertiary qualifications. Critical to success in this role will be the proven ability to develop and oversee multi-year strategic income generation plans, through acquisition and retention activities. Prior experience managing supporter or customer journeys that create greater engagement, connection and retention will also be essential.
