The Role:

We are seeking a casual reception/guest attendant at our Albert Park Lake location. Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager with support of the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for making and modifying reservations, attending to guest requests and maintaining a high level of service the business is recognised for.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Handling of incoming calls from in house and potential guests.

Following processes for checking guests in and out, as well as processing payments.

Creating and updating reservations over the phone and via email.

Ensuring guests experience a high level of service.

Handling guest enquiries, requests, complaints and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Completing simple daily reporting.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in customer service.

The ability to think quickly and problem solve.

High level of attention to detail.

The discipline to work alone and within a small team.

A professional attitude and appearance.

Prior experience with RMS booking system is ideal but not essential.
