We are looking for passionate Bus Drivers and Lead Educators to join our Bethania Early Education Centre. Whether you're guiding children on their learning journey or ensuring safe transport to and from the service, you'll play a vital role in supporting our families and community.

The Opportunities:

  • Bus Driver
  • Permanent Part Time, Monday – Friday
  • Split shifts: 7:30am–9:30am & 2:30pm–4:30pm
  • $26.49–$29.44 per hour + super
  • Responsibilities include safe drop off/pick up of children, bus maintenance, paperwork, and family bookings.
  • Lead Educator
  • Up to 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Up to $35 per hour + super + retention bonus
  • Lead your team in delivering quality educational programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

What You'll Bring

  • For Bus Drivers: Open Driver's License, Blue Card, Police Check, First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain), and willingness to engage with families.
  • For Lead Educators: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively studying), Blue Card, passion for children's wellbeing, and leadership skills.

About Us:Bethania Early Education Centre is located just a 450m walk from the Bethania train station.  We care for up to 75 children per day and offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning.
