The Company

We design and build unique power generation solutions for the Electrical sector as well as major infrastructure upgrades in the commercial and industrial sector and due to the already won projects for the new year, we are adding to our team.

The Role

We are currently looking for a trades assistant to join our electrical team in our Workshop and onsite when required.

Requirements

  • Electrical background in panels, workshop manufacturing or switchboard fit out
  • Copper bus bar experience
  • Experience installing cable trays and mains cabling
  • Ability to interpret simple Drawings & Schematic Diagrams
  • Great eye for detail
  • General Workshop, Fabrication Skills & Experience
  • Drivers Licence & hand tools

Duties

  • Provide support to the Workshop & Trade Team
  • Assembling & wiring Distribution Boards
  • Installing CB's, ELCB's, Lighting Controls etc
  • Assembling, wiring & bus bar installations in Main Switchboards
  • Bus bar fabrication & support/ cleat work for Main Switchboards
  • Assembling & wiring Control Panels both duct & harness
  • Testing
