Job Description

BESIX Watpac have an exciting opportunity for a Services Coordinator to plan and coordinate services consultants and trades for a new project located in Maroochydore.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Participate in the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on the project.
  • Work closely with the Design and Services Managers to ensure all documentation meets required specifications, cost budgets, and construction programme timelines.
  • Progressively monitor the production of workshop drawings and as built documents.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of work as it proceeds, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Participate in the final handover of the building including the commissioning and submission of the final documentation.

Qualifications

The incumbent in this role will require:

  • Adequate knowledge of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualification together with solid industry experience.
  • Demonstrated industry experience and exposure to large building projects.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the external and internal business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a project team.
