Health Care Coordinator Role

As a Health Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized and streamlined clinical service triaging, prioritization, referral review and escalation experience across multiple programs of care, recovery, and treatment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling of allied health and nursing services to ensure timely and high-quality care delivery.
  • Coordinate bookings, respond to intraday changes and liaise with third-party providers to ensure seamless care experiences.
  • Work closely with workforce planning and operations teams to deliver stable and responsive schedules that meet customer needs.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience in scheduling and rostering environments is highly desirable.
  2. Sound understanding of administration procedures, general business practices and initiative in meeting tight deadlines.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Ability to show empathy with customers and relatives and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
