We are seeking a Building Services Coordinator to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating Mechanical and/or Electrical design, construction, and installation activities on building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services consultants and trades for new projects.
  • Participate in the design management of building services to ensure compliance with specifications and program requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering consultants and subcontractors where appointed.
  • In conjunction with the contracts administrator, identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with product selection and problem-solving.
  • Review documentation for adequacy of design input.
  • Progressively monitor workshop drawings and as-built documents.
  • Monitor progress and quality of construction and plant installation on site.
  • Participate in handover and commissioning of projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
