As a Field Service Technician your focus is to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work and servicing at Wellington Correctional Facility, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
- Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems including Gallagher and Lenel)
- Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required
- Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers
Qualifications
- Experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems advantageous
- Technical experience with CCTV, access control and third-party systems preferred
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licence
