What You'll Do

  • Lead the resident journey – from leasing to long-term living, you'll craft experiences that feel personal, seamless, and welcoming.
  • Curate community vibes – plan and deliver events, activities, and initiatives that make our spaces more than just buildings.
  • Shape strategy with impact – bring fresh ideas, analyse feedback, and help us continually raise the bar in build-to-rent living.
  • Collaborate with experts – work alongside our investment, development, and operations teams to enhance both resident satisfaction and property value.
  • Stay ahead of the market – keep a finger on the pulse of trends, competition, and what makes residents tick.

Who You Are

  • A natural people-connector who thrives on building relationships.
  • Creative, proactive, and organised—with a flair for making things happen.
  • Experienced in hospitality, events, student living, or hotel management (property experience not essential—we'll teach you).
