As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in providing the best possible experience to our students. This is a unique opportunity to bring your flair for creative ideas and strategies, to a role in which you will oversee our Residential Life and Wellbeing Program at UniLodge Herston.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program.
  • Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, university departments, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations.
  • Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train and be responsible for the Residential Advisor teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. You will also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Our ideal candidate must demonstrate passion for creating a positive community culture and driving residential wellbeing initiatives that promote student success.

Our mandatory requirements include:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card, QLD).
  • State Real Estate Qualification (lodged with the Office of Fair Trading of QLD) or be willing to obtain.
