Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Place Estate Agents Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

In this position, you will offer substantial support to a dynamic team of salespeople, and support administrative staff and property management, collaborating closely with the local office Directors and Sales Manager. Serving as the primary point of escalation for day-to-day operations within the team and the offices, you'll also leverage your strong administrative skills to address gaps and assist the admin team during peak periods. As a go-getter, you will strive to surpass limits and propel the offices to new heights. 

Your impact will extend beyond daily operations, as you actively contribute to enhancing overall efficiency through process and business improvements, fostering innovation, and engaging with the community and team. Maintaining a keen awareness of the office's needs, you will transform it into a modern and progressive environment, epitomising the Place brand. 

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: 

  • Assisting with the operational side of the business planning for future growth and project managing plans to completion;
  • Managing people related HR matters in conjunction with the Leadership Team.
  • Overseeing the organisation of fortnightly monthly team meetings, events and office functions to support a high energy office culture;
  • Problem solving alongside the team to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met whilst educating up to the Leadership team (need-to-know scenarios);
  • Managing new employee onboarding and inductions into the businesses at office level, in conjunction with the HQ team; and
  • When required, managing forms relative to the listing and sale of properties and being able to support others in developing these skills;

Placing the right candidate is important to us. A successful candidate will bring to the table; 

  • Management experience is a must, or HR background would be advantageous
  • Ideally 3-5 years in the industry working within a high functioning office (alternatively extensive management experience within a corporate setting);
  • Experience in REX, CampaignTrack & AirTable (highly regarded);
  • An approachable persona and a can-do attitude towards solving problems and overcoming challenges;
  • A mature approach with strong business acumen; and
  • Strong time management and delegation skills to ensure the business is always moving forward.
