About The Opportunity
Our client provides operational and infrastructure optimisation services to the Queensland resources sector, supporting sustainable and efficient outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Office Manager
to support the CEO, GM of Commercial Services, Company Secretary, and broader team. This is a pivotal role, central to the smooth operation of the business, working across a variety of responsibilities that support both people and performance.

This is a full-time role (minimum three days per week in-office) based in Brisbane's CBD.

About The Role
Reporting to the GM Commercial Services (and supporting the CEO), your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating financial operations: invoicing, payroll, accounts, and bank account administration
  • Preparing board papers, meeting materials, agendas, and managing calendars and the board technology platform
  • Supporting HR processes: recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining team records
  • Maintaining and improving Integrated Management Systems (Quality, WHS, Environmental)
  • Manage corporate branding and maintain the company's intranet, website, and social media for consistent, professional representation
  • Providing high-level executive assistance, including scheduling and stakeholder correspondence
  • Overseeing office operations, compliance, and general business support functions
  • Ensuring day-to-day office activities run seamlessly and efficiently.

About You
Role
This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same. To succeed, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in office management, including EA/PA support at executive level
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and confidently
  • A professional, collaborative communication style with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence working with technology and a proactive mindset for improving systems and processes
  • A practical, results-oriented approach with strong emotional intelligence and a focus on teamwork
  • High proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Business-related qualifications (TAFE or tertiary) are advantageous but not essential.
