What you'll do
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide high-level diary and administrative support to the Executive Director.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has proven ability and experience in effectively managing and prioritising the administrative functions and associated activities for Executive staff including the ability to initiate, determine and follow-up work priorities within mandated and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates high-level interpersonal and written communication skills which reflect the ability to liaise effectively, diplomatically, and discreetly with staff at all levels of Queensland Health, other government and non-government agencies, community organisations and members of the public.
- Has proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change and evolution.
