We are seeking a Product Manager who can take accountability for discovering and defining new products and driving the full development lifecycle with remote teams. They will align with the business strategy to drive great outcomes for customers and the business.

What you will be doing?

The ideal candidate will help drive the product roadmap through discovery, strategy and delivery, ensuring products are solving problems and creating customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed knowledge, analysis, documentation and expertise to internal and external stakeholders around your products
  • Manage the roadmap for the teams and ensure continuous delivery of products
  • Define high level requirements so business analysts and product owners can understand in detail what the business is trying to achieve
  • Mentoring and teaching business analysts and product owners on both product and the domain they are working in, to achieve best results
  • Instill best product practice within the team working within an agile environment
  • Monitor and analyse products in market to ensure long term success
  • Willingness to working directly with remote teams whilst aligning to overall business strategy

About You:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a digital Business Analyst or Product Owner role
  • Ability to balance competing priorities whilst delivering to deadlines
  • You have a passion for product and technology and put the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Experience facilitating and making sound strategic decisions to drive prioritisation of a product backlog
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse group, including executives, managers, subject matter experts and the wider technology team
  • Experience elaborating high level requirements into detailed user stories
  • A keen interest in racing and/or sports
  • Experience working in a start-up, the wagering industry, or a heavily regulated environment
  • Experience using data to drive product direction, ideally through Google Analytics or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
