What You'll Be Doing:
In this varied role, you'll:
- Conduct end to end recruitment activities across allocated administration & asset-based roles within the business
- Source and attract candidates using databases, fairs and expos, print and online media platforms
- Coordinate booking of appointments for candidates such as interviews and medicals as required
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touch point of the candidate journey
- Continually review and develop new recruitment strategies to fill vacancies as quickly as possible
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directed
What You'll Bring:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, extensive relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Source and attract candidates using databases, fairs and expos, print and online media platforms
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skill
Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia

Please Note:
The successful applicant will be offered an initial 12 month fixed-term contract with the intention of then becoming a permanent employee. This is part of Busways hiring policy for all admin roles. Our rate of conversion to permanent positions is over 90%.
