Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a tidy portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
  • Act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, building strong, trusting relationships
  • Handle day-to-day property management tasks with the support of a capable admin team
  • Participate in a rotating Saturday roster—just once every 4 to 6 weeks
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain the agency's strong reputation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential property management (anywhere from 1 to 5+ years experience will be considered
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • A full driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate with senior staff
