To be a successful candidate for this role you will possess the following:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate
  • The Agents Representative Certificate can be obtained after hiring
  • Ability to communicate well and in a professional manner with clients and internal staff
  • 1+ years experience as a sales agent (an advantage but not essential )
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Open & keen to undertake further industry training
  • Candidates with any legal work status in Australia are welcome to apply

Tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):

  • Prospecting
  • Conducting market appraisals
  • Client management & communication
  • Listing and selling of properties
  • Conduct open for inspections for private sales & auctions
  • Assisting co-workers with daily duties where required
