Sales Representative

Here at Rebuild Relief we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Roof Inspector to grow with the company servicing the Glen Innes region.

We have a unique service that has our sales team 'selling' a service, making a REAL difference to everyday families.

This important role will be responsible for conducting roof inspections, sharing our service, and building a great reputation within the community.

We believe our Quality Brand, Service and Marketing is what makes the service unique and therefore the sale more educational rather than a pressure sale.

The Role:

• Conduct property inspections looking for hail damage (you will be required to climb up on a roof and inspect for damage)
• Liaise with the client until signed up to our service
• Face to Face Selling
• Use you current relationships to build your database
• Provide education on our independent claims management to property owners
• Assist with content for social media
• Reporting on leads, appointments and sales
• Flexible working hours
• Our specialised system currently has clients signing up to our service after they watch our videos and sign the online forms to proceed.

About You

• 1+ years demonstrated experience in a sales based environment (ideal but not necessary)
• Great communicator as you are continually building relationships with our team, customers and other parties.
• Company training and support via company online system, Video & In Person
• Full back-end systems support you throughout the sale process

• You are NOT expected to pressure sell or request money. Our service starts with a free roof inspection where our in office sales team assist you to finalise the sale.

How does it work?

You will offer a free property inspection and let them know you will send them a video to explain more. (You just follow the steps, send the videos, reports and then follow up)

A generous commission will be paid immediately on sign ups.
