Accounts Payable Clerk

  • 6 month maternity leave contract
  • $80,000 - $90,000 + super | September start
  • Modern offices | close to train station in St Leonards

Looking for a role that pays well and has a great culture? This established business in St Leonards is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their supportive finance team on a 6 month maternity leave contract. With offices just a short walk from public transport, a competitive salary and a collaborative culture, this is a great opportunity to join a business where your expertise will be valued from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-end Accounts Payable
  • Processing, coding, and batching invoices
  • Month-end and account reconciliations
  • Managing staff expenses
  • Responding to supplier and stakeholder queries

Possessing exceptional time management skills, you will have the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. With an exemplary level of communication and an ability to own your responsibilities, you will be confident in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
