Job Description
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain and update records in ERP Software
  • Address supplier queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in preparing month-end reports and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with the broader accounting and finance team on process improvements.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insights

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Accounts Payable Officer Should Have
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
