ICT Portfolio, Program, and Projects Assurance Consultants

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced consultants in the area of ICT portfolio, program, and projects assurance. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in improving the management of investments in ICT initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates may possess experience and certifications in all types of assurances or only selected assurance roles outlined in this section below. This flexibility allows for a diverse range of expertise, ensuring the team is well-equipped to address various client needs and requirements.

a.
Conduct Assurance Reviews, Health Checks, and Post-Implementation Reviews for Programs and Projects:

• Lead or participate in assurance reviews, health checks, and post-implementation reviews.
• Utilize PRINCE2 and/or Managing Successful Programs (MSP) methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Perform Portfolio Assurance Reviews:

• Lead or contribute to portfolio assurance reviews.
• Apply AXELOS Management of Portfolios (MoP) methodology at Foundation Level - Practitioner level is desirable.

Conduct P3M3 Assessments:

• Lead and conduct P3M3 assessments for clients across various sectors.
• Apply P3M3 methodology to evaluate and measure the maturity of an organization's portfolio, program, and project management capabilities.

Perform Deep Dive Reviews:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the specific subject area or component to be examined in detail.
• Clearly articulate the goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of the deep dive review.
• Apply relevant qualifications and experience to conduct deep dive reviews in nominated subject areas.

Client Engagement (applicable for all roles above):

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their organizational structure, strategic objectives, and business processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather relevant information for the assessment process.

Required Experience:

• At least one year experience in ICT portfolio, program, and project assurance in roles involving assurance reviews, health checks, post-implementation reviews for programs and projects.
• Experience working with government clients is a plus.
• Desirable experience in portfolio assurance reviews, P3M3 assessments, and assurance partner services for programs and projects.
• Familiarity with deep dive reviews in relevant subject areas.
• Track record of contributing to the successful improvement of ICT initiatives' management.
• Hands-on experience in diverse assurance roles (RTM and/or RTL) across various sectors.

Required Certifications - Verifiable evidence of certification must be provided:

The following certification is required:

• Completion of Gateway training – Review Team Member (RTM) or Review Team Leader (RTL). These certifications are mandatory.

In addition to the above, one or more of the below current and valid AXELOS certifications are required:

• AXELOS PRINCE2 Foundation Level - Practitioner level desirable and AXELOS Managing Successful Programs (MSP) Foundation Level - Practitioner level desirable and/or
• AXELOS Management of Portfolios (MoP) at Practitioner level and/or
• AXELOS accreditation capable undertaking P3M3 assessments.
