Program Director Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Program Director to lead our complex ICT business, application and technology projects.

  • As a seasoned professional in program management, you will oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including resourcing, recruitment, and performance management.
  2. Develop and maintain integrated project plans and budgets.
  3. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Report on program performance to senior stakeholders.
  5. Engage and consult with stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  6. Apply and monitor program/project methodologies aligned with policies.
  7. Ensure robust governance, assurance, and high-quality documentation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading ICT programs and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, and/or Agile.
  • Desirable: Experience delivering ICT programs/projects in the public sector, managing large-scale procurement and services engagements, and holding tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Information Technology.
