Piccolo Me Campbelltown is looking for an experienced cafe supervisor to join our team at our cafe location.

Role and Responsibility

  • Working out weekly rosters / schedule
  • Assisting with food prep and ordering.
  • Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
  • Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
  • Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the cafe is in line with current health regulation standards
  • Lead the team

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience in a fast and busy environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Must have flexible availability

Desirable

  • Be a team player and a good communicator
  • Have passion for producing great food & attention to detail
