Your New Position

Reporting to the Franchisee, and managing a small customer service, barista and kitchen-based team, as Shift Supervisor you'll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:

  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Assisting with training needs
  • Executing marketing initiatives and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Engaging and leading the team
  • Resolving escalated customer enquiries
  • Mentoring up-and-coming team members and ensuring the successful operation of the store at all times

What You'll Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • A minimum of ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Supervisor/Manager
  • A minimum of 6 MONTH BARISTA EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to confidently lead a large team

Available as Full-time or Casual
