We're looking for a confident and driven Client Relationship Officer to join our Mackay team. This is a field-based role with real autonomy, where you'll build strong client relationships and grow into a B2B tech sales professional managing your own territory.
About the Role
- Visit clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
- Record interactions in CRM and prepare reports using Microsoft Office
- Coordinate between clients, sales, and service delivery teams
- Run webinars and training sessions to boost client engagement
- Identify upsell opportunities and prepare proposals for decision-makers
What You'll Bring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Experience in customer service, retail, or admin (tech experience a bonus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid Driver's License and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
