What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will handle inbound customer calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers
- In addition, you manage customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues
- You will maintain accurate customer records and updates
- Furthermore, continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training
What Makes You Great
- Previous experience in a busy call center environment
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and concerns
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service is required in this role
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
