What you will enjoy doing
  • You will handle inbound customer calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers
  • In addition, you manage customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues
  • You will maintain accurate customer records and updates
  • Furthermore, continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training

  • Previous experience in a busy call center environment
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service is required in this role
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
